Let us cater your next event!  We do everything from weddings to benefits to birthday parties.  Spice up the gallery at your art opening or liven up your employees’ mouths and minds with some slow smoked BBQ at the next conference.  Whether it’s a school dance or a business luncheon, music shows or movie screenings, just name the date and we’ll start cookin’. 

In the spirit of a true casual BBQ, we can also provide you with our full service BBQ package that includes staff, high quality disposable plates and flatware, serving bowls, platters, baskets, utensils, and lots of napkins. We will set up and arrange your buffet and then take it all away after your event. This allows you to be a pampered guest at your own party and gives you the freedom to fully immerse yourself in the festivities. If you would like to serve yourselves, we can arrange for delivery, or if you prefer, you may pick it up at our commercial kitchen. Ask for pricing for the various options.
